- Basic Opponent Form 1 (4.0MB) - the first opponent form learned in the Fohan Quan system
- Intermediate Opponent Form 1 (4.3 MB) - There are three sets of 12 forms which make up the foundation of the Fohan Quan forms. This is the first form from the second set.
- Takedowns Demonstration (4.2MB) - A series of takedowns edited together and shown in quick succession
- Wulinfeng Performance (19MB) - A popular Chinese Martial Arts TV show, "Wu Lin Feng" invited Master Li to perform in April 2004. His natural-looking performance and fluid motions gained high praise from those in attendance, most of which are experienced martial artists. A demonstration of hand strength followed, placing his hand under a 75kg steel plate and forcing it up in various ways, including using just one finger. Master Li was awarded Master Li a "Real Chinese Kung Fu" trophy by the show for his performance.
